1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you give us directly — when you fill in the Contact form (name, email, company) or the Book a Demo form (name, email, company, website, expected content volume), we receive exactly what you submit.
• Account and platform data — if you or your organization becomes a customer, we process the account information needed to provision access (name, work email, organization) and the editorial content you or your team submit to the platform in order to provide the automation features you use.
• Technical data — our servers and hosting infrastructure automatically log standard technical information for every request (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability purposes. We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this website.

2. How we use information

• To respond to enquiries submitted through our forms and to schedule and run product demos;
• To provide, operate, secure and improve the Services for our customers;
• To communicate with you about your account, or about product or policy updates;
• To meet legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations.

3. Legal basis

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for optional communications), the performance of a contract (for customer accounts and the services you've signed up for), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, keeping the Services secure, and improving our product.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers who host our infrastructure and deliver email on our behalf, under agreements that require them to protect it, or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep contact and demo-request submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period, and account data for as long as your organization's subscription is active plus a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Children's privacy

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and where changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to let customers know.
